Locs & Glow Co. didn’t come from a corporate plan—it comes from lived experience and noticing a real need in the community. The inspiration is rooted in how much care Microlocks actually require, and how often women feel like they have to “figure it out alone” between retwists, maintenance advice, and finding someone who truly understands the texture, patience, and precision the style needs. Over time, that gap turns into frustration for a lot of women who just want their locs to stay healthy and look their best without stress.
